We are very familiar with the work of the more specialized and smaller law firms. Moreover, we have developed a specific strategic unit to respond to smaller firms that want to grow and do not know how, as well as specialized boutiques facing particular challenges due to their specific condition.

Smaller firms usually respond to two scenarios: either they are boutiques of a high technical level or full-service firms of more or less recent establishment, with a couple of practice areas that fuel the firm but with an unclear growth strategy. Their own geographical scope of action, specialisms, positioning, lack of strategy or its incorrect or incomplete implementation are usually their major barriers for development.

In the case of boutiques, the technical level is usually high, but the commercial capacities are limited, especially since day-to-day activities can overwhelm partners of the firm, who tend to be very much on top of matters, aware that their seniority or expertise is what their clients demand and that therein lies one of the greatest differential values compared to larger structures, from where they sometimes come from.
