According to the celebrated author and marketing guru Seth Godin, `Marketing is about understanding our customers’ worldview and desires so we can connect with them. ´ Thus, there is no surprise that an autonomous discipline has emerged, such as legal marketing, that takes care of knowing the particular characteristics of the law firm client.
